拥有完善的农村小额信贷体系,是更好更快发展农村经济,使国民经济稳步持续增长,并充分保持社会安全稳定的关键所在。在当下,黑龙江省的金融事业正处在上升周期的爬坡阶段,农村金融体系的组织与建立需要日趋完善,如何建立完善的农村小额信贷体系,使农村小额信贷更好的为农村、农民服务,有待进一步探究。
Having a perfect rural microfinance system is the key to a better and faster development of the rural economy, a steady and sustained growth of the national economy and a full maintenance of social security and stability. At present, Heilongjiang Province’s financial industry is in the climbing period of rising cycle. The organization and establishment of rural financial system needs to be perfected day by day. How to establish perfect rural microcredit system so that rural microcredit is better for rural areas, Peasant services, to be further explored.
