加工硬化使金属的变形抗力增大,金属的变形热与摩擦热使轧件和轧辊的温度升高,辊系间的热量流动使轧辊轴向温升不均匀,产生热凸度。所以选择合适的冷却润滑剂,对控制板形十分重要。其中轧制油的工作温度、工作压力、流量和分布是主要影响因素。简述1650铝箔粗中轧机的轧制油系统的原理、设计、管道的安装及设备的设计。
Work hardening makes the metal deformation resistance increases, the metal deformation heat and friction heat so that the temperature of the rolling pieces and rolls, roll heat transfer between the roller axial temperature uneven, resulting in thermal crown. So choose the right cooling lubricant, control board shape is very important. One of the rolling oil temperature, working pressure, flow and distribution are the main factors. The principle, design, installation and equipment design of rolling oil system of 1650 aluminum foil roughing mill are briefly described.
