挖掘机回转和工作装置需要完成单独及复合动作,其液压系统比一般工程机械复杂。在动臂和斗杆的单独及复合动作中,由于其自重或惯性的作用,液压系统会出现短暂负压现象。此时若不及时补充油液,不仅会造成液压系统出现振动,还会造成工作装置动作短暂停顿,导致工作装置作业不顺畅。为消除这些不利现象,通常在液压油路中设置了再生回路。本文介绍动臂和斗杆再生回路工作原理及故障排查实例。
Excavator slewing and working devices need to be completed alone and combined action, the hydraulic system than the general engineering machinery complex. In boom and stick separate and compound action, due to its own weight or inertia, the hydraulic system will be a brief negative pressure phenomenon. If not replenished oil at this moment, not only will cause the hydraulic system to vibrate, but also will cause the brief stop of the working device action, resulting in the working device not working smoothly. To eliminate these adverse phenomena, usually in the hydraulic circuit set up a regeneration circuit. This article describes the booms and stick regeneration circuit working principle and troubleshooting examples.
