学生党支部组织生活是高校党建工作的重要载体,是大学生思想政治教育工作的主要方式。随着时代的发展,高职院校的人才培养模式也在不断与时俱进,使近年来很多学校都在尝试人才培养模式的创新和改革,而这种改革无疑又给学生党建工作提出了新的挑战。在对部分高职院校学生党员组织生活针对性和实效性进行调研和访谈的基础上,针对高职院校学生党员组织生活的现状和问题,提出相应的解决对策,试图找到提高高职院校学生党员组织生活针对性和实效性的有效方法。
The student party branch organization life is an important carrier of the party construction in colleges and universities, and is the main way of ideological and political education for college students. With the development of the times, the model of personnel training in higher vocational colleges is also constantly advancing with the times so that in recent years many schools are trying their best to innovate and reform the model of personnel training. This reform undoubtedly puts forward the work of building students’ new challenge. On the basis of investigation and interview on the pertinence and effectiveness of student party members in some higher vocational colleges, this paper puts forward corresponding solutions to the current situation and problems in the life of student party members in higher vocational colleges, School student party members targeted and effective way of life.
