近年来,在中国企业“走出去”渐成大潮的形势下,众多餐企也用不同的方式纷纷走出了国门,他们有的与海外企业合作,有的收购海外企业,有的开直营店。中餐在国际上享有盛誉,但是中餐企业走出去的路,却走得磕磕碰碰。有的铩羽而归,有的惨淡经营,有的客死他乡。到底是什么因素在阻碍中餐企业国际化?它们与国外跨国公司“走出去”的差距在哪里?未来中餐在国外的发展趋势又将如何?
