Fahr’s syndrome, a pale ball of the dentate nucleus calcification, clinical manifestations of seizures, dementia and so on. It has been reported hypoparathyroidism (HPT) who 70% -80% of the disease, the general thought that calcium metabolism disorders are an important risk factor. With the advent of CT, the detection rate of intracranial calcification increased and found that HPT caused less and less the proportion of the disease. Not all have calcium and phosphorus metabolism disorders can produce calcification. Some people analyzed a group of patients, genetic factors accounted for 5% of nervous system diseases 29%, HPT 37%, the other 37%. In this paper, a report of 3 cases, the pathogenesis of this disease are discussed. Three patients are all adult males, all have a history of meningitis, 11 to 36 years after the disease, manifested as a generalized epileptic seizures or a
