大中型水利工程建设工期多在一年以上,且常采用工程量清单计价的单价合同。合同执行期间,工程材料的价格常常发生较大波动。当材料价格发生大幅上涨时,水利工程的项目业主如何控制工程造价就显得尤为重要。文章提出通过合理利用调价公式和在期货市场进行套期保值交易等措施,水利工程项目业主可以分担和规避材料价格的上涨风险,以达到控制工程造价的目的。
Large and medium-sized water conservancy project construction period of more than one year, and often use the bill of quantities unit price contract. During the execution of the contract, the price of construction materials often fluctuates greatly. When material prices have risen sharply, it is particularly important for project owners in water projects to control the project cost. The article puts forward that water conservancy project owners can share and avoid the rising risk of material prices through rational use of price adjustment formula and hedging transactions in the futures market and other measures to achieve the purpose of controlling the construction cost.
