语文课程标准指出:语文素养重在综合,它以语文能力为核心,是语文知识、语文能力、语言积累、审美情趣、思想道德、个性品质、学习方法、学习习惯的融合。针对于此,笔者认为“读写结合,提高学生语文素养”是语文教学的方向之一,切实在听、说、读、写等方面全面提高学生语文素养,其中,尤其以阅读和写作更为重要。一、由浅入深,大量阅读开卷有益是亘古不变的道理。但是,开什么卷,什么时候开什么卷,都是影响“开卷有益”的重要因素。学生因年龄和知识积累的不同,适宜读的书也不同。童话故事、寓言故事、经典名著、报刊杂志,没有好与不好之分,只有适合不适合之别。
