It is generally accepted that adverbs of speech are also called adverbs of expression and are two grammatical terms that express the same concept. The difference between modal adverbs and modal adverbs is that the statement adverbs (narrative adverbs) act on the statement parts of the sentence and require some kind of fixed statement form to correspond with them. However, adverbs of degree and modal adverbs do not have relations with sentence statements, nor do they require some kind of fixed statement echoes. They merely modify the attribute department of the predicate components to make the meaning of the predicate components more detailed, specific and explicit. From the point of view of the relationship between the adverbs and the statements, the author observed the adverbs (excluding the degree adverbs and modal adverbs) and found that some of the adverbs did not act on the sentence statements and required certain fixed forms of echoes, It is not appropriate to call such adverbs adverbs of speech. Therefore, the present manuscript relates to the statement of the sentence and requires that an adverb echoing in the form of a certain fixed statement be called an adverb of speech without any effect on the statement of the sentence, not echoing the statement or having a relation with the statement
