深度破坏软岩巷道修复的锚架组合承载壳原理及实践

平煤十一矿-593回风石门反复破坏反复维修,围岩松动破坏范围为2.50~4.0m,局部达到6.0~7.0m,大大超过了常规的锚固支护范围,使得锚杆、锚索等主动支护不能有效控制巷道围岩变形,致使该巷道越修越坏,严重影响和制约了矿井开采水平的开拓延伸和正常接替.采用锚架注组合承载壳原理支护技术,在长锚索主动支护的基础上,结合被动形式的U型钢棚支护,并在锚架之间进行注浆密实加固,形成大范围松散深度破坏巷道围岩的内部小范围的锚架注组合承载壳,即在巷道围岩浅表区域形成一个具有一定厚度和一定强度的组合承载壳,有效维护巷道的长期稳定性.回风石门修复1a后,顶板最大下沉量为324mm,两帮最大移近量为354mm.工程应用表明,该修复技术制定的参数合理,巷道维护效果明显,在类似破坏巷道的修复实践中可参考应用.
