当前,法学专业毕业生就业率低下已是不争的事实,反映出我国现行法学人才培养模式在培养目标、培养过程和培养方式方面的缺陷。为改变法学毕业生就业率持续走低的现状,使法学教育尽快步入健康有序的发展轨道,必须对现行的法学人才培养模式进行改革,探索适应社会发展需求的新型人才培养模式。 At present, it is an indisputable fact that the employment rate of law graduates is low, which reflects the shortcomings of the training mode, the training process and the training mode of the current legal personnel training mode in our country.
