本文介绍了内蒙自治区地震局从八十年代初开始,认真抓在职人员培训,进行智力开发,在不长的时间内取得显著成效。全局职工队伍的文化、专业结构发生了有益的变化,真正使地震监测、预报水平的提高有了人才基础。本文还从五个方面概括了内蒙地震局在职工教育方面的基本经验。即一、战略眼光来自事业心和负任感;二、抓在职培训要及早动手,不能错过最好时机;三、正确处理眼前和长远的关系;四、正确处理工作与学习的关系;五、十分重视观测队伍素质的提高。
This paper introduces the Seismological Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from the beginning of the eighties, earnestly seize on-the-job personnel training, carry out intellectual development, and achieved notable results in a short period of time. The cultural and professional structure of the global workforce has undergone useful changes and the real foundation for improving the level of earthquake monitoring and forecasting has been based on talent. This article also summarizes the basic experience of staff training in Inner Mongolia Seismological Bureau from five aspects. First, the strategic vision comes from the sense of professionalism and sense of responsibility; Second, grasp on-the-job training to start early, can not miss the best time; Third, the correct handling of immediate and long-term relationship; Fourth, the correct handling of the relationship between work and study; Attach great importance to the improvement of the quality of the observation team.
