我科成功地救治了１例剖腹产产后大出血和并广泛性肺栓塞患者，主要采取了如下护理措施：１．严密观察病情变化：使用人工呼吸器正压吸氧，注意呼吸频率、节律的改变，观察面色、四肢远端有无发绀；注意血氧饱和度波动；密切观察溶栓治疗后有无出血征象。２．加强呼吸道管理：保持呼吸道通畅；严格执行无菌操作；妥善固定气管道管，注意环境管理。３．加强生活护理。４．注重心理护理。５．及时准确执行医嘱及组织管理、后勤保障工作。
Our department successfully treated 1 case of postpartum hemorrhage and extensive pulmonary embolism patients, mainly taken the following nursing interventions: 1. Closely observe the condition changes: Use artificial respirator positive pressure oxygen, pay attention to respiratory rate, rhythm changes, observe the complexion, limbs without cyanosis; pay attention to fluctuations in blood oxygen saturation; close observation of thrombolytic therapy with or without signs of bleeding. 2. Enhance respiratory management: keep the airway open; strictly enforce the aseptic operation; properly fix the airway tube and pay attention to environmental management. 3. Strengthen life care. 4. Focus on psychological care. 5. Timely and accurate implementation of medical advice and organization and management, logistics support.
