目的准确评价北京市人群健康水平,为确定医疗卫生服务以及疾病预防控制工作的优先重点提供重要依据。方法采用世界卫生组织（WHO）测算健康期望寿命（health life expectancy,HALE）的方法,开展居民自报健康调查。应用HOPIT模型对北京市居民自报健康调查的数据进行校正,获得人群伤残测度,通过沙利文法结合北京市常规死因监测资料测算北京市成人HALE。结果人群自报健康数据经HOPIT模型校正后,女性伤残测度高于男性,北京市18岁成年人的HALE为40.17剩余年,各年龄组的HALE男性高于女性
