中小企业的特点是企业规模小、机制灵活有效,对市场变化反应敏捷。近年来,一些中小企业凭借着敏锐洞察力,适时调整企业战略规划,抓住了企业发展的大好机遇,进入了高速发展的轨道。但在中小企业高速发展的同时,也出现了一系列质量管理跟不上或不同步的问题,拖住了企业发展的步伐,甚至给企业留下了许多潜在风险和隐患。
Small and medium-sized enterprises are characterized by small-scale enterprises, flexible and effective mechanisms to respond to market changes quickly.
