为了更好地加强基础观测工作,进一步提高野外成果资料质量,省局对地震测量队、地震地质队、地震流动队(简称“三队”)1981年度野外成果资料进行了质量评比。这一评比是在各野外队进行资料展评、初选的基础上,根据国家地震局和省地震局颁发的有关规范、规定和条例,逐项进行了严格审议和评定,最后评选出了以下12个先进小组和10个先进个人:
