在研究磨料水射流对304不锈钢的切削过程中,发现切口形状与射流束中的粒子能量分布有很大关系。通过理论分析和数值模拟得出了粒子在射流束中的压力分布、速度分布和浓度分布规律。分析出射流束中粒子能量为双峰分布,同时通过Fluent仿真发现冲击过程存在水垫效应,磨料射流冲击材料表面时传递的能量是不均匀的,主要分布在距离中心一段距离的环形区域上。
In the study of abrasive water jet cutting of 304 stainless steel, it was found that the shape of the incision has a great relationship with the energy distribution of the particles in the jet bundle. Through the theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the pressure distribution, velocity distribution and concentration distribution of the particles in the jet beam are obtained. The bimodal distribution of particle energy in the jet was analyzed. At the same time, the water cushion effect was found during the impact process by Fluent simulation. The energy transmitted by the abrasive jet impacted the surface of the material was not uniform and mainly distributed in the annular area at a distance from the center.
