基于对刨煤机落运能力的分析,建立了不同刨煤方法条件下输送机单位长度货载量的数学模型。通过分析刨速、输送机速度与刨煤机落运能力的关系,找出了刨速、截深对输送机货载均匀性的影响。利用C++语言编制出装载过程仿真软件,得到了不同刨煤方法下刨头速度与输送机速度之间的合理匹配区间,研究结果为刨煤机、输送机的速度控制以及实现输送机货载量的均匀性提供了依据。
Based on the analysis of the plutonium falling ability, a mathematical model of the unit length load of the conveyor under different plowing methods was established. By analyzing the relationship between the velocity of the plow and the speed of the plow, the influence of the velocity and depth of the plow on the uniformity of the conveyor is found out.
