在生物遗传学领域中,蛋白质的一级结构分析需要由“指纹图”这一重要指标所反应。由于国内目前用来制做“指纹图”的材料不理想,制出的“指纹图”灰度太大,使翻拍洗印的照片及幻灯片的反差小,图纹不清晰,直接影响到科研论文的交流和书籍杂志的印刷质量。为此我们经过反复实验通过釆用高反差胶片翻拍、修板及拷贝复制底片等手段,使拍出的“指纹图”在清晰度和反差上有明显提高。现将制做方法介绍如下供同道参考。1.材料
