目的:了解工作场所暴力后精神科护士的反刍性沉思现状与影响因素。方法:通过方便抽样与雪球抽样相结合的方法，使用中文版事件相关反刍性沉思量表（C-ERRI）及自编工作场所暴力调查表，对广州医科大学附属脑科医院（精神专科医院）的150名精神科护士进行调查。结果:受访对象的反刍性沉思总分为（22.11 ± 9.62）分，目的性反思维度得分为（12.99 ± 5.58）分，侵入性反思维度得分为（9.12 ± 6.01）分。回归分析显示，近1年内遇袭频次（n B值为-3.195，n P<0.01）和本次遇袭的受伤情况（n B值为8.591，n P<0.01）进入目的性反思维度方程，解释方程26.8%的变异。性别（男）（n B值为-2.415，n P<0.01）、近1年受伤频次（n B值为2.864，n P<0.01）与本次遇袭的受伤情况（B值为8.949，n P<0.01）进入侵入性反思维度方程，解释方程36.0%的变异。n 结论:精神科护士以目的性反思为主，但其反刍性沉思水平总体不高。“,”Objective:To investigate the level of rumination and its influential factors among Chinese psychiatry nurses who go through work place violence.Methods:In this study, 150 psychiatry nurses were recruited from Affiliated Brain Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University (specialize in psychiatry), via the combination of convenient sampling and snowball sampling. Chinese Event-related Rumination Inventory (C-ERRI) was applied in the survey.Results:The total score of C-ERRI was (22.11±9.62) points, and the scores of intrusive rumination subscale and deliberate rumination subscale were (12.99±5.58) and (9.12±6.01) points, respectively. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show that assault frequency in recent year (n B=-3.195, n P<0.01) and whether got injury in the recent assault (n B=8.591, n P<0.01) were predictors of deliberate rumination, which account for 26.8% variance of the equation. Gender (male) (n B=-2.415, n P<0.01), Injury frequency in recent year (n B=2.864, n P<0.01) and whether got injury in the recent assault (n B=8.949, n P<0.01) were predictors of intrusive rumination. They account for 36.0% variance of the equation.n Conclusion:In this study, the level of rumination among Chinese psychiatry nurses was low. Their rumination style was deliberate rumination.
