本文报道给三组计51例老年冠心病患者口服三种剂量(10、15、30mg/天)的硝苯啶,结果发现:三组患者的平均血浆TXB_2浓度均降低,与治前比较有显著差异(P<0.01~0.001);平均血浆6-K-PGF_1α浓度前两组均稍增高,后一组则稍降低,但与治前比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组的TXB_2/6-K-PGF_1α比值均显著降低,与治前相比差异显著,而前两组极显著(P<0.001),提示较小剂量硝苯啶即能有效地调整TXB_2/6-K-PGF_1α比例失衡,在冠心病防治中可能起重要作用。
This article reports the three groups of 51 elderly patients with coronary heart disease oral administration of three doses (10,15,30 mg / day) of nifedipine and found that: the three groups of patients with lower mean plasma concentration of TXB_2, compared with the pre-treatment significantly (P <0.01 ~ 0.001). The mean plasma concentration of 6-K-PGF-1alpha increased slightly in the first two groups and slightly decreased in the latter group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) TXB 2/6-K-PGF 1α significantly decreased compared with that before treatment, while the former two groups were extremely significant (P <0.001), suggesting that small doses of nifedipine could effectively adjust TXB 2/6-K- PGF_1α imbalance in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease may play an important role.
