抗病品种的培育是防治青枯病、根结线虫、番茄黄化曲叶病毒病最经济、有效的手段。‘浙杂301’是以自育的兼抗青枯病和根结线虫的株系‘T5678161-1-1-2-2’为母本,AVRDC引进的兼抗青枯病和番茄黄化曲叶病毒病的‘T07-018’为父本,杂交选育而成的有限生长类型杂交一代番茄新品种。母本‘T5678161-1-1-2-2’系从‘HAWAII 7996’与‘T9178’和‘斯特番茄’杂交分离后代中经10代单株选择而成。‘浙杂301’于2011年通过浙江省非主要农作物品种认定委员会认定。对‘浙杂301’进行农艺性状特征、生产力、抗病性、品质特征性状等研究,结果表明‘浙杂301’高产,品质优良,耐贮运,高抗根结线虫和番茄黄化曲叶病毒病,抗青枯病和番茄花叶病毒病,平均产量可达8.627×104kg/hm2。该品种适合中国长江流域、华南等青枯病、根结线虫和番茄黄化曲叶病毒病高发地区种植。

The results showed that ’Zhaza 301’ had high yield, good quality, resistance to storage and transportation, high resistance to Meloidogyne incognita and Tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease , Resistance to bacterial wilt and tomato mosaic virus disease, the average yield of up to 8.627 × 104kg / hm2. The variety suitable for China’s Yangtze River, South China and other bacterial wilt, root-knot nematode and tomato yellow curl disease high incidence areas planted.
