目的探讨宫颈环型电切术(LEEP)在治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样变中的应用。方法回顾分析江阴市人民医院妇产科2006-2008年收治的374例宫颈上皮内瘤样变患者。月经干净3~7 d行宫颈环形电切术。结果手术时间1.5~8 min,出血量≤20 ml,所有患者均只需电凝止血即可,效果满意。结论 LEEP术操作简单,手术时间短,术中出血少,不影响病理组织标本诊断,患者痛苦小,易于接受治疗,可保留生育能力,是目前治疗和确诊CIN以及其他细胞异常宫颈病变的较好方法,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of cervical ring electrosurgical excision (LEEP) in the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods A retrospective analysis of Jiangyin People ’s Hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology 2006-2008 admitted 374 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Menstrual clean 3 ~ 7 d cervical ring resection. Results The operation time was 1.5-8 min, the amount of bleeding was less than or equal to 20 ml, and all the patients needed only the electrocatalytic hemostasis. The results were satisfactory. Conclusions LEEP operation is simple, the operation time is short, less bleeding during operation, does not affect the diagnosis of pathological specimens, patients suffering little, easy to accept treatment, can retain fertility, is currently the treatment and diagnosis of CIN and other abnormal cervical lesions better Method, it is worth clinical promotion.
