用柱面镜和球体面镜组成的消像散系统,配上平焦场光栅谱仪,制作了一台理论分辨能力25μm,放大5倍的一维消像散谱仪,用它对类Ne锗软X光激光的增益区进行了测量,得到了与理论相符的结果。
An astigmatism system consisting of a cylindrical lens and a spherical mirror is used in conjunction with a flat-field grating spectrometer to fabricate a one-dimensional astigmatic scattered spectrometer with a theoretical resolution of 25μm and a magnification of 5 times. The gain region of Germanium soft X-ray laser was measured, and the theoretical result was obtained.
