本文研究了超声波评价和判断T型载铜宫内节育器(T-Cu IUD)在宫腔的位置受子宫内膜生长及内膜厚度的影响。早在70年代,超声波即应用于IUD的诊断,近来用测量的方法评价IUD的位置:T-Cu IUD的上端距子宫内膜内表层的距离为IUD-E;距子宫肌层的距离为IUD-M;距子宫底浆膜层的距离为IUD-F;而后者受子宫壁厚度的影响。有些学者应用阴道超声测定IUD-E及IUD-M距离评价T-Cu IUD的位置,理论上后者更准确,因为只要IUD位置固定就可不受内膜厚度的周期变化的影响。
This study investigated the effects of ultrasound on the assessment of endometrial growth and endometrial thickness in the uterine cavity using the T-Cu IUD. As early as the 1970s, ultrasound was applied to the diagnosis of IUD. Recently, the location of IUD was evaluated by measurement: the distance from the upper end of T-Cu IUD to the inner endothelium of IUD-E was IUD-E; the distance from myometrium was IUD -M; the distance from the uterine septum is IUD-F; and the latter is affected by the uterine wall thickness. Some scholars use the vaginal ultrasound to determine the IUD-E and IUD-M distance evaluation of T-Cu IUD position, in theory, the latter is more accurate, because as long as the IUD position can not be affected by the cyclical changes in intima thickness.
