目的:通过控制冷热试验的空气流量,计算并对比改变单耳空气流量前后的半规管轻瘫(CP)指数、优势偏向(DP)指数的变化,探讨单耳空气流量改变对冷热试验结果的影响,指导临床的诊断分析。方法:应用自身配对设计,测算每个研究对象的以下指标:双耳空气流量均为6L/min时的CP值与DP值,记为均衡组;左耳空气流量仍为6L/min但右耳空气流量为3L/min时的CP值与DP值,记为下降组。分别对2次的CP值与DP值进行配对t检验分析。结果:下降组较均衡组的CP和DP显著降低,差异具有统计学意义。结论:当被测试者一侧耳到达鼓膜的空气流量下降或相对下降时,冷热试验可能出现假阳性或假阴性结果,诊断时需要综合分析。
