湿地松是我国三十年代开始引进的优良速生用材树种,近年来发展很快。湿地松扦插育苗我们从1977年冬季开始探索。多次试验结果证明:从湿地松苗木上采得的插穗较易生根,发根率可达80%,但随着采穗母树年龄的增大,其插穗的生根率逐渐下降以至消失。1977和1978年我们多次从6年到7年生的母树上采取插穗进行扦插试验,发根率最高的一次也只有17%。今年春季开始,我们对插穗采取环状剥皮和生长素长时间的处理,使8年生的湿地松母树上采得的插穗,扦插成活率达到72%,突破了湿地松大树插穗扦插成活关。现将试验情况介绍如下。

The results of several tests showed that cuttings from P. elliottii seedlings were easier to root, and the rooting rate was up to 80%. However, the rooting rate of cuttings gradually decreased or even disappeared with the increase of the age of earing mother trees. In 1977 and 1978, we took cutting cuttings on the mother trees from 6 to 7 years old many times, and the highest rate of hair rooting was only 17% at the same time. Beginning of this spring, we took annular stripping of cuttings and auxin for a long time, so 8-year-old cuttings obtained on Pinus elliottii reached the survival rate of 72%, breaking through the cutting of cuttings of Pinus elliottii. Now test the situation described below.
