IPO、PE和LP这些原本专业性比较强的词汇随着去年IPO的重新启动所造就的一个个财富神话而引起我国普通百姓的关注。金融危机爆发后,特别是IPO重启之后,我国广大地区掀起一股私募股权投资基金(PE)的热潮。就PE产业现状来看,我国PE产业发展速度快,但也存在运作不规范、投机性较强等问题,这些问题如果得不到解决,势必会影响到我国PE产业的健康发展。本文首先介绍了PE在我国的发展现状,进而指出存在的问题,最后为改善发展我国PE产业提出了一些建议。
IPOs, PEs and LPs, which were originally highly specialized, aroused the concern of ordinary people in our country with the myths of wealth created by the restart of IPO last year. After the financial crisis broke out, especially after the restart of the IPO, a wave of private equity funds (PEs) was launched in many areas of our country. As far as the status of PE industry is concerned, the development of PE industry in our country is fast, but there are some problems such as non-standard operation and strong speculation. If these problems can not be solved, it is bound to affect the healthy development of PE industry in our country. This article first introduces the development status of PE in our country, then points out the existing problems, and finally puts forward some suggestions for improving and developing PE industry in our country.
