作者对34例肺癌应用顺铂(Cisplatin,CDDP)化疗加不均等分割放射治疗作了研究,男27例,女7例。小细胞癌1例,鳞癌15例,腺癌16例,大细胞癌3例,PS_0(Derformance Status)14例,PS_19例,PS_24例,PS_37例。Ⅰ期5例,Ⅱ期3例,Ⅲ期11例,Ⅳ期15例,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期共占75%不均等分割照射法星期一剂量5 Gy,星期二~五每日剂量为1.2Gy或1.0Gy,每周剂量为9.8Gy或9.0Gy,照射总剂量平均为63.8±9.4Gy。CDDP为低氧细胞增感剂,于不均等分割照射前1~3小时静脉点滴,一次用量40~50mg,这个用量大体相当25~30mg/m~3体表面积。按肿瘤治疗效果判定,一次效果CR、7例,PR24例,NC 2例,不明1例,有效率为94%(31/33)。由Kaplan-Mei法
The authors studied 34 patients with lung cancer using Cisplatin (CDDP) chemotherapy and inequality radiotherapy, including 27 males and 7 females. There were 1 case of small cell carcinoma, 15 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 16 cases of adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of large cell carcinoma, 14 cases of PS_0 (Derformance Status), PS 19 cases, PS 24 cases, and PS 37 cases. There were 5 cases in stage I, 3 cases in stage II, 11 cases in stage III, 15 cases in stage IV, 75% in stage III and IV accounted for 5 Gy on Monday, and 1.2 Gy or 1.0 in dose on Tuesday to five days. The Gy dose was 9.8 Gy or 9.0 Gy per week, and the total dose was 63.8 ± 9.4 Gy. CDDP is a hypoxic cell sensitizer, which is administered intravenously 1 to 3 hours prior to unequal split irradiation. The amount is once 40 to 50 mg. This dose is roughly 25 to 30 mg/m 3 body surface area. According to the tumor treatment effect, one effect CR, 7 cases, PR 24 cases, NC 2 cases, unknown 1 case, the effective rate was 94% (31/33).
