为较为准确地计入初始几何缺陷的形态和大小,通过塞尺试验得到的U肋加劲板初始几何缺陷的实测值,然后利用数值模拟方法对U肋加劲板初始几何缺陷形态与大小的简化等效模拟方法进行研究。研究表明:整体几何缺陷按正弦半波形式来进行简化处理是比较安全的,局部几何缺陷按模型特征值屈曲的第一阶屈曲模态简化处理是比较安全的,采用简化几何缺陷形式与实测几何缺陷的应力和变形曲线基本一致。
