1 概况我市某化纤厂共有7台蒸汽锅炉,1964年建厂时装有四台SHL20—13型锅炉,后又陆续扩建三台SHS35—1.27型锅炉。这个厂基本上每隔5~6年因腐蚀穿孔漏水,就得进行大修全部更换受热面管子,1~#2~2炉还更换了锅筒及集箱,新装的锅炉1—2年就开始腐蚀,2—3年就开始泄漏,运行中对流管经常因腐蚀穿孔泄漏而被迫停炉检修(堵管)。虽然采取了给水除氧等措施,然而腐蚀问题始终没有得到有效的控制。1992年我们到该厂进行调查研究,初步找到了该厂锅炉腐蚀原因所在,并进行了处理。经过两年的实践检验,腐蚀穿孔漏水问题基本得到了控制。
