目的:为中国药物经济学研究的完善、发展提供借鉴和思路。方法:采用文献计量学方法,对国外药物经济学文献进行统计分析。结果:获得3894篇文献,分布在996个期刊,主要期刊是Value in Health和Pharmacoeconomics;研究人员集中于欧美地区,主要研究类型为定量研究,主要分析方法为成本-效果分析;主要研究常见病、多发病用药和贵重药,以及全身性或重大疾病。结论:国外药物经济学研究在研究类型、分析方法、研究内容等方面都可以给我们启发和借鉴。
Objective: To provide reference and ideas for the improvement and development of Chinese pharmacoeconomics. Methods: Using bibliometric method, statistical analysis of foreign literature on drug economics. RESULTS: 3894 articles were obtained and distributed in 996 journals. The major journals were Value in Health and Pharmacoeconomics. The researchers mainly concentrated in Europe and the United States. The main research types were quantitative research. The main analysis methods were cost-effectiveness analysis. The main research topics were common diseases, Frequent and expensive medications, as well as general or major illnesses. Conclusion: The study of foreign pharmacoeconomics can give us some inspiration and reference in the aspects of research type, analysis method and research content.
