轴承钢冷拉材脱碳质量是一个带普遍性的问题。本文应用全面质量管理的科学方法,结合长城钢厂四分厂生产实际,对影响轴承钢冷拉材脱碳的重要因素进行统计分析及试验研究工作。找出钢坯在步进式加热炉加热环节是主要影响工序;退火工序对脱碳影响很大,一定条件下将上升为主要因素。并对初轧钢坯、热轧过程、酸洗、冷拨、炉内气氛等诸因素进行了讨论。根据以上问题提出了相应的改进措施。
Bearing steel cold drawn steel decarburization quality is a universal problem. In this paper, the scientific method of total quality management, combined with the production of the fourth branch of Great Wall Steel Mill, statistical analysis and experimental research on the important factors affecting the decarburization of bearing steel cold drawing material. Finding the billet in the step heating furnace heating process is the main impact of the process; annealing process has a great impact on decarburization, under certain conditions will rise as the main factor. The factors such as initial rolling billet, hot rolling process, pickling, cold dialing and furnace atmosphere were also discussed. According to the above problems, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward.
