目的探讨血压水平与胆红素、尿酸、血脂、心率的变化。方法 (1)依据血压水平分正常血压(NBP)、高血压前期(PH)、原发性高血压(EH)3组。(2)测胆红素、尿酸、血脂、心率。结果总胆红素、间接胆红素EH组较PH及NBP组升高(P<0.05);尿酸随血压分组逐组增高(P<0.01);总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)也随血压水平逐组增高(P<0.01);静息心率(HR):PH、EH组较NBP组升高(P<0.05)。结论 PH出现多种心血管危险因素增高,高血压的综合预防有待提前。
Objective To investigate the changes of blood pressure, bilirubin, uric acid, lipids and heart rate. Methods (1) According to the level of blood pressure, normotensive (NBP), prehypertension (PH) and essential hypertension (EH) were divided into three groups. (2) test bilirubin, uric acid, blood lipids, heart rate. Results Total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin in EH group were significantly higher than those in PH and NBP group (P <0.05), while uric acid was increased in group with blood pressure group (P <0.01). Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (P <0.01). Resting heart rate (HR) was higher in PH and EH groups than in NBP group (P <0.05). Conclusions A variety of cardiovascular risk factors are present in PH. The comprehensive prevention of hypertension needs to be advanced.
