目的探讨红花注射液对高血压患者脉搏波传导速度及肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)的影响。方法将128例高血压患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组64例;对照组采用常规抗高血压药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用红花注射液静脉滴注,疗程28 d。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后脉搏波传导速度(ba PWV、cf PWV、fa PWV)及RAAS指标(ALD、Ang-Ⅰ、Ang-Ⅱ、PRA)变化情况。结果 1治疗组临床总有效率为89.06%,对照组为70.31%;治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2治疗后,两组ba PWV、cf PWV、fa PWV值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。3治疗后,两组血清Ang-Ⅰ、Ang-Ⅱ、ALD、PRA值均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液可以明显降低PWV及RAAS指标发挥治疗高血压的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of safflower injection on pulse wave velocity and renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 128 cases of hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional antihypertensive drugs. On the basis of this, the treatment group was treated with safflower injection intravenously. The course of treatment was 28 days . The clinical curative effect and the change of pulse wave velocity (ba PWV, cf PWV, fa PWV) and RAAS index (ALD, Ang-Ⅰ, Ang-Ⅱ, PRA) were observed in two groups before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate was 89.06% in the treatment group and 70.31% in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). After 2 treatment, the values of ba PWV, cf PWV, (P <0.05, P <0.01), and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of Ang-Ⅰ, Ang-Ⅱ, ALD and PRA in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05, P <0.01), and were lower in the treatment group than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Safflower injection can significantly reduce the PWV and RAAS indicators play a role in the treatment of hypertension.
