我国二元结构的形成有着特殊的历史和制度背景,经济结构的二元是城乡分割的二元制度的结果,本文提出了“双二元结构”的理论模型,刻画了制度变迁影响二元经济结构转换的路径及其机制,指出农村工业化是计划体制外制度变迁形成的反经典理论的转换路径,最终必须消除城乡的制度分割,回归经典理论的转换路径,即城市带动农村的城乡协同发展。本文以杭州区域经济社会发展为例,回顾了“双二元结构”转换的发展阶段和路径,从市场主体、政府作用和城乡产业空间结构三方面阐述了发展转换机制,提供一个经由农村工业化启动的区域经济发展回归经典二元结构的成功范例。
The formation of China’s dual structure has a special historical and institutional background. The duality of the economic structure is the result of the dual system of urban-rural segmentation.
