国家税务总局副局长程法光表示 ,为适应加入ＷＴＯ的需要 ,将从三个方面考虑调整税收政策。一是在正式加入ＷＴＯ之前 ,将明显不符合ＷＴＯ规则和中国政府对外承诺的税收政策进行主动修改 ,其中包括调整不符合国民待遇原则的税收政策 ,取消不符合反倾销和贴补原则的税收政策。
Cheng Fa Guang, deputy director of the State Administration of Taxation, said that in order to meet the needs of accession to the WTO, tax policies will be adjusted from three aspects. First, before the formal accession to the WTO, the tax policy that obviously does not meet the WTO rules and the Chinese government’s external commitments has been actively revised. These include adjusting the tax policies that do not meet the requirements of the national treatment and canceling the tax policies that do not meet the principles of anti-dumping and subsidies.
