新时期的刑事申诉检察工作除继续履行法律监督职责外,还肩负保障人权,维护人民群众合法权益的使命。通过心理疏导为当事人提供服务,能够化解当事人的心结,减轻当事人的精神痛苦,更好地体现刑事申诉检察工作以人为本,执法为民的工作理念。但由于心理疏导引入刑事申诉检察工作目前尚属初始阶段,一些基础性问题还需要结合心理疏导学科理论和办案中的实践经验进行分析论证,以此为下一步完善相关工作提供理论参考。
In addition to continuing to perform its duties of legal supervision, procuratorial work in criminal prosecution in the new period also shoulders the mission of safeguarding human rights and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the people. Providing services to clients through psychological counseling can resolve the knot of the parties concerned, relieve the mental anguish of the parties, and better reflect the work philosophy of putting people first and law enforcement for the people in procuratorial work for criminal appeals. However, it is still an initial stage to introduce criminal appeals prosecution as a result of psychological counseling. Some basic problems need to be analyzed and proved in light of the theory of psychological counseling and the practical experience in handling cases to provide theoretical reference for further improvement of related work.
