本文报道了不同钙离子浓度对黄鳝离体心脏舒缩机能的影响。心脏的收缩反应,在Ca~(++)浓度为0~32mM范围内,随其浓度升高而加快,其回归方程为(?)=x/(0.0196+0.0689x),舒张反应则随Ca~(++)浓度升高而减小,呈明显的负相关,可用直线近似描述。心脏舒张末期曲线高度与Ca~(++)浓度的线性回归方程为(?)=0.2204+0.4952x(相关系数为0.9403)。此外,钙离子浓度在0.25~16mM范围内,变化并不明显影响心率。并提出1mM~4mM可作为正常灌流液的钙离子浓度。
In this paper, the effects of different calcium concentrations on the cardiac relaxation and relaxation of eel in vitro were reported. The systolic response of the heart was accelerated with increasing concentration of Ca ~ (++) in the range of 0 ~ 32mM. The regression equation was (?) = X / (0.0196 + 0.0689x) ~ (++) concentration decreases, showing a significant negative correlation, available linear approximation. The linear regression equation between the end-diastolic curve height and Ca ~ (++) concentration was (?) = 0.2204 + 0.4952x (correlation coefficient 0.9403). In addition, calcium concentration in the range of 0.25 ~ 16mM, changes did not significantly affect the heart rate. And proposed 1mM ~ 4mM calcium concentration can be used as normal perfusion fluid.
