学前教育是国民教育体系的重要组成部分,但却是各级各类教育中的薄弱环节,其中幼教师资队伍的专业发展已经成为制约学前教育发展的瓶颈之一。职前高校里的理论知识传输和职后幼儿园里的实践教学提升,这种割裂式的学前教育师资培养已经无法满足学前教育幼师专业发展的时代需求。高校、幼儿园即园校合作促进学前教育师资培养已经成为一种时代的趋势。本文以园校合作为研究视角,探讨园校合作促进学前教育师资培养的可行性以及主要影响因素,最后提出相关建议。
Pre-school education is an important part of the national education system, but it is a weak link in all kinds of education at all levels. The professional development of preschool teachers has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of preschool education. The transmission of theoretical knowledge in pre-vocational colleges and the improvement of practical teaching in post-employment kindergartens have failed to meet the current needs of the professional development of kindergarten teachers in preschool education. The cooperation between colleges and universities and kindergartens, that is, colleges and universities, to promote teacher education in preschool education has become a trend of the times. This article takes the cooperation between park and school as the research perspective, explores the feasibility and key influencing factors of cooperation between colleges and universities in promoting pre-primary teacher education, and finally puts forward some suggestions.
