目的观察分析CD44v6在口腔鳞癌原发组织和转移组织中的表达,以期明确CD44v6在口腔鳞癌淋巴道转移中的作用。方法:免疫组织化学染色、半定量评估染色强度和测算阳性染色细胞后统计分析。结果:CD44v6分子在正常口腔粘膜上皮基底层、基底上层、棘层细胞胞膜表达;不同部位口腔粘膜上皮的阳性表达模式基本一致。在口腔鳞癌原发组织中,CD44v6表达减弱,表现为阳性反应产物形态的改变和CD44v6阳性细胞数明显少于正常组织(P<0.05)。口腔鳞癌转移组织中,只有肿瘤细胞表达CD44v6,CD44v6阳性细胞数也明显少于其原发组织(P<0.05)。结论:CD44v6在口腔鳞癌的侵袭和转移过程中以下行调节(downregulation)的方式表达,CD44v6在口腔鳞癌的侵袭和转移中的作用有待进一步的研究。
Objective To observe the expression of CD44v6 in primary and metastatic tissues of oral squamous cell carcinoma in order to clarify the role of CD44v6 in lymphatic metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the stained intensity semi-quantitatively and calculate the statistical analysis of positive stained cells. Results: The positive expression of CD44v6 was found in the basal lamina propria, basal lamina and stratum spinosum of normal oral mucosa. The positive expression patterns of CD44v6 in different parts of oral mucosa epithelium were basically the same. In oral squamous cell carcinoma, the expression of CD44v6 was weakened, which showed that the morphological changes of positive products and the number of CD44v6 positive cells were significantly less than those in normal tissues (P <0.05). In oral squamous cell carcinoma, only tumor cells expressed CD44v6, and the number of CD44v6 positive cells was significantly less than that of their primary tissues (P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CD44v6 is down-regulated during the invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The role of CD44v6 in the invasion and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma needs further study.
