按照马克思主义观点,科技文明可以概括为,以科学技术为基本内容,以积极发展、广泛应用、全民普及科学技术为目标,推动经济社会和生态环境加快进化的文明形态。建设和发展科技文明,符合马克思关于科学是“历史发展总过程的精华”和恩格斯把科技文明视为“我们的文明”的思想,是时代进步的要求和我国现代化建设跨越式发展的需要。
According to Marxism, science and technology can be summed up as follows: taking science and technology as the basic content, aiming to promote the popularization of science and technology with the positive development, wide application and popularization of the whole country, and promote the civilized form in which economy, society and ecological environment accelerate evolution. The construction and development of science and technology are in line with Marx’s philosophy that science is “the essence of the overall process of historical development” and that Engels views scientific and technological civilization as “our civilization.” It is the requirement of the progress of the times and the need of the leaps and bounds of our country’s modernization drive.
