本文对斜方APT在氩气氛中的热分析过程进行了差热、热重分析,对中间产物进行了X光分析和偏光显微镜观察,证实斜方APT的热分解过程可分为脱水、脱氨、生成无定形氨钨青铜(ATB)和由无定形ATB生成四方和六方ATB,以及ATB的分解反应等过程,实验证实,在氩气氛条件下,斜方APT可以生成以WO_(2.9)和W_(20)O_(58)为主相的蓝钨。此外,用三种方法计算了反应动力学参数活化能和表观反应级数。
In this paper, differential thermal analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis of the orthorhombic APT in an argon atmosphere were carried out. X-ray analysis and polarizing microscope observation of the intermediate products confirmed that the thermal decomposition process of the orthorhombic APT can be divided into dehydration, ammonia removal (ATB), tetragonal and hexagonal ATB generated by amorphous ATB, and the decomposition reaction of ATB were also investigated. The experimental results show that under argon atmosphere, (20) O_ (58) as the main phase of blue tungsten. In addition, the activation energy and apparent reaction order of reaction kinetic parameters were calculated by three methods.
