通过果实结构的解剖观察,中果皮和种皮吸水性的测定和种皮浸出液的生物鉴定,证实翅果油树的种子属于种皮和生长抑制剂引起的双重休眠型,以前者为主。剥皮露胚法可打破种子的休眠,室外低温层积法效果更佳。
The anatomical observation of the fruit structure, the determination of the water absorption of the mesocarp and the seed coat, and the bioassay of the seed coat leachate confirmed that the seed of the genus Samara was a double dormancy type caused by the seed coat and the growth inhibitor. Debarking embryo method can break the dormancy of seeds, outdoor cold stratification method is better.
