目的:探究前瞻性质量管理模式在急诊内科护理中的实施价值。方法:以浙江省宁波市医疗中心李惠利医院2014年7月~2015年7月急诊内科收治的180例急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的护理管理,观察组患者采用前瞻性质量管理模式。比较分析两组患者护理质量、急救反应时间及患者对护理工作的满意度。结果:观察组患者护理质量及对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组,而病死率及急救反应时间明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性质量管理模式在急诊内科护理中应用效果显著,能够有效缩短急救反应时间,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。
Objective: To explore the value of prospective quality management in emergency medical care. Methods: A total of 180 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Emergency Department of Internal Medicine from Li Huili Hospital, Ningbo Medical Center from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing management and patients in the observation group were prospectively managed with quality management. The quality of care, emergency response time and patients’ satisfaction with nursing work in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results: The quality of patient care and satisfaction with nursing work in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group, but the mortality and emergency response time were significantly lower than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The prospective quality management model has significant effect in emergency medical nursing, which can effectively shorten the emergency response time and improve patient satisfaction with nursing work.
