Minors are the builders of the future of the motherland and the successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Strengthening the ideological and moral construction of minors is a hope project concerning the destiny of the country and the nation and a popular project concerning the actual interests of hundreds of millions of families. How to strengthen and improve the ideological and moral building of minors under the new situation and new tasks is a major new task before us.
