Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1; CD54), a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, is a transmembrane single-chain glycoprotein with a relative molecular mass of 80,000-110,000 and is classified into Extracellular segments, hydrophobic transmembrane segments and short intracellular segments. There are 5 immunoglobulin-like structural regions in the extracellular domain, of which 1 is complementary to leukocyte integrin subfamily lymphocyte function-associated antigen-1 (LAT-1), and 3 is complementary to complement receptor 3 ( Mac-1) each other ligand. ICAM-1 is widely distributed, such as vascular endothelial cells, peripheral blood lymphocytes,
