目的:分析在严重创伤失血性休克患者的急诊护理中应用并发症预防性护理干预的可行性和效果.方法:选择2018年10月至2020年10月期间本院急诊科收治的40例严重创伤失血性休克患者,以随机抽样法为分组方法,将患者分别纳入对照组与研究组,各20例.对照组实施常规急诊护理,研究组加行并发症预防性护理干预.将并发症发生率、护理后的生活质量评分纳入组间对比.结果:研究组并发症发生率为5％,比对照组的30％低;研究组护理后各项生活质量评分均比对照组高,P<0.05,统计学对比有差异.结论:在严重创伤失血性休克患者的急诊护理中应用并发症预防性护理干预可减少并发症发生并提高患者生活质量.
