本文研究了工业氮添加有机液对不同钢种进行保护加热和渗碳的效果,并探索了使用氮基气氛的碳势控制方法和控制精度。试验表明,从99%到96%纯度的氮气都可用于热处理氮基气氮。渗碳时,炉气中的CO不得低于15%,否则将明显降低渗碳速度。另外,当炉气中的含氮量高于85%时,因CO_2和H_2O含量过低,用红外仪和露点仪测量不准,只有用氧探头才能满足测定炉气碳势的要求。
In this paper, the effect of industrial nitrogen on the heating and carburizing of different steel grades was studied. The carbon potential control method and control accuracy of nitrogen-based atmosphere were also explored. Experiments have shown that nitrogen from 99% to 96% purity can be used for heat treatment of nitrogen-based gas nitrogen. Carburizing, the furnace gas CO not less than 15%, otherwise it will significantly reduce the carburizing rate. In addition, when the nitrogen content in the furnace gas is higher than 85%, the measurement of inaccuracy due to the low content of CO_2 and H_2O by the infrared instrument and the dew-point instrument can only meet the requirement of measuring the carbon potential of the furnace gas with the oxygen probe.
