茴油是我区名贵的土特产之一。经济价值比较高,用途广泛,在国内外都是畅销的商品、常用于食品调味、饮料、医药、香料工业等方面。目前国际上对食品及其添加剂的卫生条件要求越来越高,商品在生产、包装、储运过程中可能产生的污染。已经引起各国卫生组织的广泛重视。考虑茴油的性质、生产、包装、储存和用途等因素,我们对库存的茴油进行一次锌、铜、铁含量的测定和调试。并对这些元素用原子吸收法和化学比色法进行对比试验。从所得的结果看两种方法的数值是接近的;但从提高工作效率、缩短时问、经济核算采说,原子吸收法就比化学法优越,它不但可提高工作效率,减少开支,在方法上也能减免因加入各种化学试剂可能引起对测定元素的干扰,从我们进行原子吸收法测定和加入已知量回
